The herein Siberian Husky Puppy is being sold in good health .The seller (Black Diamond Sled Dogs of Colorado, LLC) certifies that the subject puppy is up to date on all necessary vaccinations and health care.  The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by their Veterinarian within 72 hours from purchase or arrival date with proof of such visit available to seller upon request. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness not encountered/contracted on the seller's premises, or that are not observed/diagnosed on the Buyer's initial Veterinarian visit.  Should unforeseen events happen to said dog, we offer our sympathy. Should a congenital or genetic problem be diagnosed on initial Veterinarian visit , seller must be contacted immediately upon diagnoses .In the event of such a problem, you will be asked to have all Veterinary records and diagnostic testing faxed to seller's Veterinarian for review. If seller's Veterinarian agrees with diagnoses, Seller will replace said puppy or refund the purchase price when the puppy is returned within 48 hours. Seller will not be responsible for any Veterinary bills incurred. Puppy/dog must be kept up on all vaccinations, health checks and heartworm preventive, given by a licensed Veterinarian .  Buyer must be able to provide seller with proof of all Veterinary health records if asked for guarantee to remain in effect.
